All U.S. markets; focus on primary and secondary industrial markets. Transit-oriented markets supportive of industrial and small business tenancy. 

DEAL SIZE
$5+ million on a single asset basis; no maximum for portfolios

RISK PROFILE
Core Plus to Value-Add

BUSINESS PLANS
We will evaluate transactions with required renovations, re-branding & re-positioning, leasing, and land available for development opportunities and outdoor storage. Stabilized opportunities will also be evaluated.
